  This hotel is an absolute nightmare and a complete scam. I made a booking with free cancellation and cancelled well within the allowed timeframe, yet they completely ignored my emails, no response at all.To make things worse, they still deducted money from my account. When I called them to check, they claimed they couldn’t even find my booking in their system. How convenient.I went there in person to sort it out, and instead of helping, they kept making excuses. They said the manager wasn’t available and told me to email again. The receptionist kept repeating, “I’m just a receptionist,” and refused to take any responsibility. It felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid giving my money back.This place is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and feels like a full-on fraud. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to lose your money and deal with zero accountability.

  SCAM !! SCAM !! SCAM !!Please avoid this hotel. Requested for a free cancellation but no respond at all. When personally visited the hotel, the receptionist told me that they do not have money to give and the owner is out of country. Asked me to leave my email address so that he can get in touch with me. Same again, no response. Also, their email address occasionally sends error messages. Also, the entry door is always locked. Need to ring the number on the door to speak with someone.

  On December 26, I decided to book a hotel. My card was verified, but no money was charged. My arrival was planned for late evening on December 29.From December 26 to December 28, the hotel did not respond to any of my messages. On December 28, they charged money from my card but did not provide any booking reference number or any confirmation at all.They did not reply to my messages until I asked them to refund my money, because I had already booked another hotel.They are refusing to return the money and are no longer responding to my messages.Avoid this place. Do not deal with it if you do not want to lose your money and time.

  60€- the double bed consisted of three singles pushed together. - the floor: so dirty that we kept our shoes on- no toilet paper which explains filthy towels- payment by PayPal … do the taxguys know?hotel comment +351-961 423 326 wasHumm, that’s very badThere are other low budget hotels which will not make you feel sick

  Advised as “2 x double beds and a single. Rainwater shower head. 24 hour reception.”This is not what I received.Dated room, with 3 x single beds. No air conditioner. I arrived at 10am with bags and was ringing the door bell for over 20minutes. Luckily another resident exited the building and I was able to access the building. I climbed the stairs to reception on the 2nd floor, and everything was locked up. Finally a cleaning lady arrived, and she called the owners, who wouldn’t arrive instead until much later in the day. She did allow me to leave my bags in the office.The cleaning lady gave me a pin To use at the door. When I arrived back at 2pm, I was checked in by 2 x unfriendly gentleman. There wasn’t any other room they could give me- even though it wasn’t what I had booked. I asked for a fan, which also was not provided. It was 35 degrees, the room was hot.After 4pm, there was no receptionist or any other staff onsite. No one to help with with questions you had.Don’t stay here. I have stayed in better hostels than this place. It’s overpriced and super old.
