Location

The hotel is on the island of Porto Santo by a sandy beach, very close to the centre of the village.

2 junior suites are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     This is an hotel with an restaurant that serve drinks ans it is a good good place to go but nor wow.We will come back.

    A lovely clean hotel in the perfect location: on the beach, by the promenade and easy access to restaurants and shopping. It wasn't made clear when booking that the restaurants and bars were not all open in the off season. Amenities in the room and within the hotel are sparse. No tea or coffee in the room or lobby. Staff are universally friendly and helpful.

    Overnight stay to quickly visit island before a flight out. Good location from airport, ferry, and town. Bountiful breakfast. Nice restaurants in immediate vicinity. Excellent beach. They provided a needed third bed. Friendly. Would stay there again.

    Right on sandy beach and a short walk to 'town'. Firm bed, large walk in shower and a safe which you had to pay for per person not per room! There was only 1 bar open (lots had appeared to have closed down), there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool but to get a drink you had to use your room key to get through a gate and go down some stairs to get to the only open beach bar then do the reverse to get back which was difficult getting through the gates while holding two drinks. If you wanted a drink after dinner you had to sit on hard plastic chairs in your nice clothes which previously had people in wet swimming costumes sitting on them. Another hotel with not enough staff. Got back at 4.30pm one day and our room had still not been cleaned
