    I booked two apartments at this hotel for 6 nights. The apartments are well maintained and clean. We traveled together with our friends. The hotel is very well located, a short distance from the old center, restaurants and shops. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the relationship with the hotel employees.Check-in is very easy as you receive a message with the code for the main door and rooms. I saw that they also have parking, which is a very important point.The only minus, for me, was just the mattress on the bed, which was a bit too hard and I didn't rest comfortably, but I don't want to discuss much about this aspect because we were very happy with the choice made. The breakfast is modest but, for people who are not picky, it can be classified as decent.In a word, it was a perfect stay, we felt very good and ate very well at the restaurants near the hotel. Moreover, my husband and friend also went fishing, at the "OURMARY" agency, and caught about 50-60 kilos of tuna. For fishing lovers, I recommend you to try it.Finally, I recommend you to opt for the apartments offered by Travelers Pearl by Storytellers.If we return to Funchal, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

    Clean, modern apartment with a comfy bed and a huge shower. Breakfast service and room service make you feel like you are in a hotel. Luggage storage would be possible, we requested that over the phone because of an early arrival and then even the room was already ready for us to check in. After travelling around the island the washing machine was a real bonus for us. Location is good with a few minutes walk to restaurants, bus stops and the seafront. To begin with we had a little problem with the washing machine (some programs would not do a full cycle to start with and we had to run it all again), but that was not a big deal. An extract fan in the bath or a bigger window would be good, it was quite steamy in there.

    My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. The apartment was excellent. It is extremely spacious with all the facilities that you could need. Breakfast is put outside your door every day. The location was great, right near bars & restaurants on Santa Maria and with the cable car only a few minutes walk away. There’s parking facilities at the property. I would definitely come back to Madeira and stay at Travellers Pearl again.

    We stayed in the apartment for two nights. The apartment looks very new and fresh, apart from the bathroom. The light was extremely bright in the living room and dining room. The location is very good as well. Nothing exceptional.

    We stayed in 'London' for 2.5 weeks in Feb. Great apartment with comfy bed/bedroom, separate lounge with kitchen area. A full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You are provided with washing tablets so no need to buy those. Excellent location just 3 minutes walk from the old town - couldn't be better. Telma was incredibly helpful in the run up to our stay answering our various questions and providing lots of helpful suggestions.
