  Very Disappointing Lodging Experience

  This was a very disappointing lodging experience. First, I discovered that my toilet would not flush but the sound of water could be heard continuously. This was at about 8 p.m. on my last night. I called the front desk, and that person said she would call her supervisor to assist in resolving this. I later received a call back from the front desk. The lady advised their maintenance person was unreachable and the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do about the plumbing issue. This did not make for a very quiet or restful night of sleep. Additionally, the manager's reception was pathetic. It was supposed to run from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, but did not begin until after 6 pm. The wait was not worth it. The food offered was minimal and very low quality. The draft beer tasted old and flat. Lastly, the ice machine on my floor did not work and the digital key worked intermittently on the outside doors of the hotel. As a Diamond Member who stays in a lot of Hilton brand hotels, this Homewood Suites definitely fell short of the normal high quality and standards of Hilton. With all of these issues, no staff member attempted to make things right.   Horrible stay. Would not go back nor recommend to anyone. The outside looks is deceiving

  Worst manager Roma very rude, should not be a manager, rude with her staff as well. Room has things were not fixed for the price paid. Fridge not workingNo one at the front desk as the only person who is responsible is out fixing things in rooms when there should of had a maintenance person , they said they have one in call but when trying to reach no one answer their phone, and when trying to reach manager she did not answer as well.   Nice location clean property

  Very clean property. The GM (Ramona) is a working persons manager who is very helpful and friendly. There is a nice fire pit and the location is convenient with many stores and restaurants nearby. The area seems to be very safe. There is a Walmart across the street too.   This was an extremely clean and well-kept property with friendly staff and located within walking distance of many restaurants (and a Starbucks!).The breakfast was robust and the common areas very comfortable for gathering outside of the room.Parking was also well lit and convenient.   Great, but needs a few things addressedd!!

  Highs. Location, parking, clean.Breakfast bar. Toaster did not work. Needs more than one waffle maker.Refrigerator needs doors to be reversed.Our room shower faucet. Needs repair. Hot was cold, cold was hot.. Pull out bed on couch was a little musky smelling...Definitely would go back to this motel!!!
