    A wonderful 4 nights at a stunning hotel with fabulous staff.

    Very good location - 15/20min walk to Ribeira/river and only 5 min from Bilbao metro station which for going back to the airport was so easy (especially during road rush hour) and much cheaper at €2.30!We chose half board, which was excellent value. Breakfast was buffet style with a selection of cereals, cold meats, breaded items, (including pancakes and cakes) together with hot food (eggs, sausages, mushrooms and bacon). GF bread & cakes were available. Our evening meal was from a 3 course menu and included hot drinks. Each course had many dishes to choose from and would likely suit most likes, dislikes and preferences, being gluten-free was not an issue. Staff members were friendly and gave excellent service. Thank you to Antonio, who gave us so much advice on Porto and to Rui & Ana who were also particularly exceptional. Rooms at this hotel are maintained at a high standard. We chose the room with the hot tub which was a lovely touch in the room and something to look forward to at the end of the day after lots of walking!

    This hotel was faultless. It is beautifully designed throughout, our room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was chefs kiss 🧑‍🍳 💋 so much choice. The garden is a wonderful addition to chill and have a drink in!! Staff they are so attentive and their English so fluent. Tamara and Antonio and Jose (the bar and food manager) looked after us so well!! Hopefully we will be back,Thank you for a lovely 4 day breakHannah David and Billy x

    The location of the hotel is perfect was walking to the main sites/bridge etc. All the staff were friendly & helpful.Away from the main streets, lots of cafe/restaurants nearby.

    Helpfull staff members. Clean and comfortable room. Central location. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and sauna were life saver in the rainy days.

    We spent four days here recently on a midweek break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We thought the location was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, clean and modern with very comfortable beds and modern fittings everywhere. The only slight criticism is a lack of wardrobe space. Considering the location in the town we found it to be quiet at night. We used the Restaurant for two nights, which was very nice and also found the bar and outdoor seating to be great. Breakfast was superb with a really good selection of hot and cold food. We would highly recommend coming here if visiting Porto.
