    Great airport hotel, great price!

    What a great airport hotel! Very clean and well appointed. I didn't have a car, so I appreciated being across the street from a variety of restaurants. Airport shuttle was on time, friendly, and not crowded despite spring break. I'll stay here again!

    Stayed here for an overnight stay before an early flight out of ORD. Its about 10 minutes from the airport. Note, they do not pick up at International Terminal and you have to get the transit train to the domestic terminals for the airport shuttle to pick you up from. A little bit annoying but that is the process unfortunately but the hotel sent me clear instructions on this Good thing was that wait once I got to the pick up point, wait was less than 5 mins.Rooms are ok and served their purpose.Didn't have breakfast since had to leave very early to the airport.

    Non Functioning elevator

    Marisol checked us in. She was delightful. The room was very nice. The shuttle was good. So why only 3 rather than 5? The primary reason was the non functioning elevator. One elevator did not work our entire stay. So long waits. Then on day 2-3 the other elevator stopped coming to our floor 3. That meant I, a senior citizen had to carry my luggage down the stairs on check out. That front desk person did not "know about it." I had to tell her about the note on the elevator door!!! I travel to Ohare hotels frequently so I asked to talk to the manager but he was not available. I am still waiting to hear from him.

    Stayed here because we had an early flight out of O'Hare. Location was good, parking was easy and lots of space. I did the long term parking option, and my car is secure and good. Lots of good restaurants around. Room was good, I enjoyed views of the planes out the window, and bathroom was large. Service was great, definitely the highlight for me. The young lady working the front desk 3/23 evening was spectacular. Very helpful, gave me lots of free snacks being a diamond member. I felt very appreciated. Shuttle was great as well, very frequent and easy

    The team made our 8-day stay truly pleasant. Facilities and location certainly matter, but it is the friendly and helpful service of the staff that made the experience very pleasant from check-in to check-out.We stayed a total of 8 days (2+6) at Hampton Inn Rosemont, and what made the stay especially pleasant was the excellent service of the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast team. We mentioned an issue with the shower, and a maintenance staff member was immediately sent to replace the mixing valve. We asked for an extra chair in the room, and it was delivered in less than five minutes. During breakfast, we asked for strawberry jam, and it was made available right away. All of this was done with a smile and without any expectation of gratuity.The hotel itself is not new, but it is clean and very well maintained. There is nothing special about the rooms, but they are just right for a comfortable and restful sleep. The location may not be the most convenient, but there are food establishments within walking distance, and the Fashion Outlets mall is 8 minutes drive without traffic.What truly makes a hotel stay memorable is excellent service which the staff provided. No pictures of the room or facilities this time (except for our favorite place - the fire pit). Rather, we are sharing photos of some of the wonderful staff who made our 8 day stay truly a pleasure.
