Location

This city hotel is located in the centre just 50 m from links to the public transport network. Many shopping venues and countless bars, cafés and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity.

Facility

4 suites, 12 single rooms and 46 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We spent 2 nights here before starting our Camino walk. We had a nice welcome on arrival and the receptionist made a great restaurant recommendation and other highlights on a map for us. Room had everything you could need from a city hotel with lovely toiletries and towels, and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nice varied buffet breakfast served simply in a relaxed dining room. We were very happy with the choice of hotel.     This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Casual Inca, and we’ve always been treated very well.This time, Armanda helped us avoid being scammed; someone impersonating the hotel sent us a message asking us to pay for our stay. We wrote to the hotel and she (who replied immediately) alerted us to what had happened; when we checked in, she welcomed us with her characteristic kindness.We recommend the hotel for its staff (reception, restaurant and bar), because the facilities are very well maintained and for its location.The Casual Inca is a place we’ll always return to.
