    Horrible stay without a toilet

    Terrible!We stayed for two nights and toilet did not work during all our stay. How to live in a room without a toilet? Awful! We asked for help many times, but nothing was fixed, they just didn't do anything. Hotel support was helpless and completely useless.And after all that, they refused to give a refund, even though we had video and photo proof! Like everything was just fine!OLALA apartments is a bad option, don’t go here!!

    Fantastic stay at Cosme Guesthouse

    Just back from a 3 night visit to Porto staying at the Cosme Guesthouse. On arrival we were met by Franscesco who was so friendly and efficient. Our rooms were large with a kitchenette area with equipment should you wish to eat in also a good sized bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was in adjacent building and was delicious. We had to leave for the airport at 7.30am so breakfast items were put in our fridge the night before. Every member of staff was brilliant. A gem of a hotel.

    Small breakfast, small shower, wobbling parts

    contra:-the shower is very small. i am very thin and had problems in the shower of my room-shower head was wobbling, so it felt on the head of my friend -toilet seat was wobbling, so my friend fell down from the toilet-5 sorts of cake but the rest of the breakfast was a small sortimentpro:-very helpful and kind reception -welcome drink-clean room

    Nice, small boutique hotel near central porto. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable, quiet rooms. Close to a few small cafes and walking distance to downtown. Nice place to relax and spend some time in Porto.

    As an experienced Worldwide traveller I can quite categorically say that the marmalade and cheese available at breakfast was the best I have ever tasted. Aside from that, we received a warm and informative welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was very convenient for walking to Porto's many central attractions.
