    MmmmmHotel greeting was not friendly at all.This morning made myself a small extra sandwich for my camino with a plum walk and told to put it back …. straight away. A very grumpy middle aged lady post a very grumpy welcome by young lady …… no grumpiness as we bought several drink in the bar … Let’s say this place is not welcoming and excited to be moving on. The area was lovely. Had ana amazing meal in the villageHotel service 0Grumpy people 100 Bom Camino

    I never stayed here. I booked the wrong dates and when I cancelled, I was charged for my two rooms immediately. When I emailed to see if I could be refunded or if the rooms could be offset against my correct booking 3 days later I was told no! I think this is bad form. It in on the Camino route so would get a lot of footfall.

    A perfect location for our rowing camp in the world class facilities at Viana Remadores do Lima. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room are clean, tidy and comfortable.The pool, jacuzzi and bar are relaxed and easy going places to enjoy this excellent hotel.

    Clearly the hotel has been recently renovated. Facilities are nice, simple, modern design. We stayed in a family room with bunks above the main bed which the kids loved. The pool is large with a beautiful lawn/lounger area next to the bar.The location is walking distance to the old town with a view over the bridge. Yes it is beside a fairly busy road but we didn't find it's problem. There is a limited amount of free parking in front of the hotel.Breakfast was a very nice buffet on the sixth floor. Service was friendly and welcoming. For the price we paid very good value. I don't understand why this is only a three Star hotel, presumably the lack of a restaurant. Definitely recommended.

    The hotel is in front of the river and a great location for a walk near the water.There are cafes and restaurants at walking distance, in the center.It has parking and a pool.The people at reception helped us very much with a mistake I had made with the reservation, very kindly.Breakfast was very satisfactory.
