    Lovely hotel. Very well kept. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good shower. Nice swimming pool on the roof where there is also a small bar. Lots of sunbeds and towels are provided. The breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of options which were all really delicious. Friendly staff

    Keith Khoshabail y a 2 mois sur GoogleI have had the chance to stay in this hotel on three different occasions now and if at first I was conquered.. things took a very different turn this time.The front desk is not very kind nor helpful when it comes to solving booking problems. Our travel agency sent card details as usual to any hotel and they tried charging our cards everyday instead of once at the very end.. very odd that.. bringing us up to the point where because of this they invalidated our cards. So the hotel staff found nothing better but to lock us out of our rooms and demanding we pay the entire stay on the spot even though it wasn't our last day..On top of that thensituation was very poorly held by the staff. I've worked for a few years with some of the best Palaces in Paris and I found their attitude just scandalous.No effort was made to attempt to makes amends for the hiccup that we had to bear.On top of that when we arrived one of my colleagues room would not open and several times the staff had to go back and forth from the front desk to his room withndifferent tools instead of just changing him to a different room that actually worked.Then he found out he had absolutely no hot water so it was not possible for him to take a shower that day.. not very good.On another hand, the service staff in the restaurant the spa and the terrasse were very accommodating and kind!For a 4 star hotel I expect better.

    I came to this hotel in 2019 for the first time. I had chosen this hotel cause I wanted to use a pool. I really enjoyed my first time. Second time in 2023 was not that well as there were minor problems ( they changed the price for breakfast without informing us) but the pool on the top was ok. This time staff was extremely unfriendly. I asked on reception that i would like to use spa area, the weather was terrible but they didnt swich on the sauna before 10.15 although spa is opened starting from 9 am. There are a lot of hotels in this area so I will chose different one as the location a bit creepy too. I didnt give one star although I feel like doing it as the room was more or less clean (beside the strange fingerprints on the glass wall in the bathroom) so I realize that some people did their work properly.

    Nice hotel but the staff is not that friendly. And they increased the price for the breakfast without informing us. I dont know if it's even legal. So I probably will look for another hotel next time

    Excellent stay at Eurostars Santa Luzia

    We had a great time at Eurostars Santa Luzia. The staff went above and beyond, being caring, responsive and acknowledging all our requests. The hotel facilities were great and modern, specially the rooftop swimming pool and sundeck, and the beautiful indoor pool and spa. The hotel design is also very appealing. The breakfast was nice for a 4* hotel having all that you need (just that small "distinguishing" items were missing); the quality of the food was great. The hotel itself is close to Guimarães downtown. On-street parking can be difficult but there is a parking place nearby. Highly recommended!
