    Don’t look further if you wasn’t to stay somewhere for a good price. Room was comfy but could be bigger. There is a parking spot if you book it with the hotel. Breakfast was OK nothing special to say about it. Hotel is located 5 min walking from the city center.

    Look no further in Fafe, this is the only option! It is amazing why such a wealthy city has only this depressing establishment to offer to its visitors.It starts with location: far from the centre in a " nowhere" area. The construction is on top of a curve over a busy roundabout, no place for cars to stop in front of the entrance to unload. A minuscule parking lot with clients walking access by some steep stone steps on the lower side of the hotel provides inadequate parking. If it is full, which is usual, there is litterally no other parking place around for several hundred meters to park your car!The hotel inside is plain and basic. No lift so if you get a room on the first floor you carry your luggage up the steps. Reception personel is kind and helpful.The rooms are ok, small and not much but beds are clean and confortable. Bathroom is adequate.Breakfast is good with plenty of choices, good bread but bad coffee.     Reasonable value for price paid, hotel was clean and organised, rooms getting old and will need a refit soon. Good reception staff. I stayed there many years ago and it is still the same.     We were searching for a place to stay outside of Guimaraes, so that we could get a reasonable price since there were nine of us. I made the call that afternoon and spoke to Andreia who was extremely helpful and kind. I made the reservation over the phone. When we got there she had us fill out the paperwork and we were set. The inn does not have an elevator, the rooms were very clean, and there were no refrigerators. The air conditioner was certainly a plus. We had one triple room and three double rooms. We did not pay for breakfast because it was an extra 10 euros per room. There are a few coffee shops and restaurants near by.     Great place for a 2 star

    Stayed one night only, very tidy, welcoming front desk, on your way to your room should you stay on the top floors you will imediatelly notice the lack of an elevator, wich is a drawback for families with lots of luggage, but overall exceeded my expectations, and had a great inclusive continental breakfast worth a 4 star rating.
