    Well located stay in Porto, a short Uber ride from the train station. If you're a Rick Steves' advocate, the upper walking tour begins right around here. The lower walking tour down by the Douro River is a ~15 minute walk down, passing through a wonderful pedestrian street by the name Rua das Flores where you can take in a nice meal along its length, not too far from this stay. The rooms are Euro basic en suite. Nothing fancy, and the front desk is occupied during business hours only. The street is relatively quiet. Reasonable cost.

    Fantastic location in the heart of Porto, walking distance to anything. Rooms are basic but clean and perfect for a quick city break. No issues at all, gentleman on reception was great, really helpful and allowed me to store my bag after check out for the day. WiFi works perfectly and I was on the top floor. Would highly recommend.

    The location is very good and walking distance from main attractions. The wifi didn't work and we were on the first floor. There are bedbugs and we were bitten, i needed to go to the doctor and get antibiotic and antihistamine due to so many bites. Depending on the individual, you might not react, or some people start to react days after bites and can take 14+ days for reactions to develop. The worst was the hotel denying and even suggest we brought the bugs with us when there are other reviews where this problem was mentioned by guests and seems ignored.

    Arrived early for check in. But host allowed us in. unlucky for some was on the top floor, however what a lovely room. Bed was comfy, room cleaned daily, fresh towels ever other day. Room warm and cosy. Bathroom was shared but again clean and well presented. Definitely stay again.
