Nice hotel in a convenient location

    rating12 May 2026

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It is located conveniently near the Casa Música metro station, with shops, amenities, and a big supermarket nearby. The room was v large, modern, and comfortable. It was easy to get a good nights rest there. The breakfast buffet was decent, with plenty of cereals, bread, hot/ cooked options, fruits, and Portuguese pastries. They often brought out new/ freshly cooked portions too. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when approached. All in all I have enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will highly recommend it to others.

    Great place to stay

    rating28 Apr 2026

Stayed here for 4 days starting on the 26th April 2026. As our flight was an early flight and check in was 3pm we had a good few hours to kill before checking in. The Hotel itself was approximately 30 mins walk to the centre or 5 mins in a taxi so ideally placed for us. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Room we stayed in was huge, very spacious and cleaned every day to a high standard. Dining area had plenty to offer for all needs and was very picturesque with an art deco type ceiling. If I had to be picky the only thing I would change is the glass'sliding' door leading to the bathroom as that was noisy to open and not very private.i would suggest a proper door to keep things private. Overall if that's all the negative I can put down then happy days.

Second visit to this chain of hotels would use again

    rating26 Apr 2026

The hotel itself is based a little outside of the city centre, but is easily accessible via taxis/uber and maybe buses if you understand the system. We booked a double room but ended up with a triple which was a lovely touch, we had a small table and chairs which meant we had somewhere to eat if we ordered anything to the room, bonus was the fridge which is always a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, only small downside was we had room overlooking the main road below which could be noisy with traffic, but nothing bad, just meant we had the windows closed whilst we slept.Staff at reception were helpful but we found we struggled to make ourselves understood when we tried to ask for directions once or twice, we later found out of the staff were new and didn't know but they asked for help and we managed to get directions in the end.The bar is worth a is it if you like cocktails, not too badly priced either. We also ordered breakfast to the room a couple of times which was great, the last morning wasn't so much. We ended up with someone else's breakfast and got charged 40 euros. This meant we had to go down to reception and try and get it changed and a refund (the change of food never happened we were told to keep it, which would have been fine if it was something we would have eaten).

    Perfect base to explore.

    rating09 Mar 2026

Perfect base for exploring Porto. Our room was spotless and a great size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, mini fridge and tea/coffee facility. Lovely waterfall shower and fresh towels daily. Bar was a great place to relax after a day exploring. Staff are all kind and very helpful. It is out from the centre (good 20minute walk) but we enjoyed walking to and from the hotel and exploring everywhere inbetween. Hop on bus has a stop 5minutes from hotel and ubers/taxis were very cheap( 6-8pnds). Supermarket next door (in shopping centre) for anything you need. Lovely breakfast each morning. We had the best time and highly recommend.

    Lovely modern hotel

    rating26 Feb 2026

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious. There were three of us sharing and the space was perfect. One king size and a single. We were on the 6th floor and after reading some reviews I was concerned about noise but there was nothing. The location here is not quite central but Ubers and taxis are always available even and cheap as chips. If you do like walking it’s probably a 30/45 min walk into the main area. Location wise though there was a mall right next to us, perfect for shopping they have a mango and a few other stores if you’ve forgotten something. The food court is located to the right when you come out of the hotel and this has got to be visited……lots of choice and the pastries and coffee are out of this world. Again only a few euros for lovely thick toast and a coffee. My friends said the cocktails in the hotel were amazing….unfortunately I didn’t try one but I’ll take their word for it. I can’t comment on breakfast as we decided not to and as there are so many local places we are glad we experienced them.
