  The 3K Porto Aeroporto was just what I needed! I arrived before check in and was able to stow my luggage in a free locker. When I was finally able to check in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members at the front desk. My room was on the 3rd floor and I found it very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of room. There was a great area to put my luggage on with very good lighting. Also, having plugs at the bedside was much appreciated. The 3K staff arranged an early morning taxi and it all went without a hitch! I was very pleased with the nightly rate and all it included. Traveling as a solo female I highly recommend the 3K in Porto!

  Modern clean affordable hotel with very good amenities and professional staff.

  This is a very pleasant hotel, very affordable and located at a walking distance from the airport and car rental companies. The rooms were perfectly clean and quiet. Very good service from the very friendly staff. A big plus is the possibility of arriving before check in time and leaving your luggage in an electronic storage locker to which only you will have the key. This also goes if you flight leaves in the evening after check out time. The metro station nearby (Verde) has a fast connection to the center of Porto (station Trindade. Chose ticket zoning Z4)Breakfast has what you need to start your morning at an acceptable price.This was my third time staying at this hotel and I will be coming back.

  Toilet didn’t work right, management defensive rather than apologetic

  The toilet did not flush properly during our less than 24 hour stay. Since we discovered this late and left early we prioritized sleep and “dealt with it” and told them in the morning. Instead of being understanding or even remotely apologetic the hotel staff and management implied it was our fault for not notifying them and would not provide any courtesy recompense. Cannot recommend this place. Look elsewhere first.While I’m at it, if you turn on the bathroom light, a glass wall between the spaces lights up the whole room at night and the “blanket” feels like a paper towel.

  Very good hotel! Adequate prices. Good and quite location, free parking. The balcony was a plus for chosing the place to stay! Simple, but good enough breakfast, schedule for breakfast adequate. Bar at the reception we found it useful. Staff very welcoming, helpful and answered the phone promptly. The bathroom we found perfect for 2 persons. Easy to book online too. Just found a cons of not having a mini fridge in the room. With the heat of the past weeks, it would be nice to have a little mini bar to refresh beverages.

  Very basic hotel . Easy check in . Nice pool area and small bar . Didn’t eat as had early flight . No tea or coffee facilities in room sadly . No shower cap which meant it was a struggle to keep hair dry. Some guests a bit loud in the corridors and realised the next morning that it’s impossible to close the room door quietly . Only a short walk to the airport . We left the hotel at 3 am for a 6.10 flight which was far too early as the check in etc didn’t open till 4am and nothing was open in the airport . Queue by the self check in it’s much quicker. Really handy hotel for early flights , though we had stayed in faro the night before and that’s not far away either .
