    Excellent hotel with Excellent staff

    The hotel room was spacious with a large balcony, sun loungers provided. The food was well cooked and enough breakfast varies. The cleaner did a superb job every day despite us leaving well after 11am, the restaurant staff were attentive and kept the food topped up at breakfast. All the receptionists were 1st class, very polite, professional and extremely helpful, I throughly recommend this hotel is you want to be just outside the main city but within reach of the metro for a short journey to the city centre.

    Great hotel, great rooms, brilliant shower. Comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good. They have a restaurant on site, not a large menu.....food was very good. Apart from crab croquettes are not croquettes it was a sweet roll with crab paste in it. Bar snack menu is brilliant. Good drinks menu. Having to ask at reception for the bar man alot is also quite annoying. Hotel is around a 30minute walk to the main tourist area. So its good to have food on site. Also a very clean hotel all round.

    We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and the whole place smelled amazing, which made a great first impression. The receptionist was very welcoming and took the time to show us where everything was on the map, which was really helpful.Our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, catering for different tastes. The hotel is a long downhill walk into the centre, but taxis were reasonably priced, so getting around was easy. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

    Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds , tv, coffee making facilities , plenty of storage and a safe. We overlooked the garden area so very quiet with very little noise for a city centre hotel. Breakfast was good with a large selection of pastries and cooked food which were replenished frequently. Bar area had plenty of comfy seats and served food at a very reasonable price , plus there is an outdoor seating area .It is well placed to explore Porto , takes about 10 minutes to get to the metro and 25 mins to walk into the centre but beware it's at the top of a very long hill !

    It takes about 5-7 minutes walk from the metro but need to go uphill and with a rocky road is difficult with luggages.Staffs are very friendly and professionals. The staffs were very thoughtful by giving my husband and me a ffsweet treat for his birthday during our stay. The hotel is always clean and well decorated.Highly recommended. Thank you to Rebecca, who was very helpful and always has a smile on her face.
