    Lovely hotel, great location. Very centrally located, steps to anywhere in the historical district. Attentive service, extremely clean and well-designed room (booked ‘executive room’) and the breakfast was tasty and varied. Stayed at this hotel once before, this visit we stayed just one night, and we would gladly come back and stay again the next time visiting Braga.

    I'd like to divide this review into two parts.The first is when me and my family physically visited this hotel. The girl at the reception was amazingly sweet and even spoke Spanish and helped us with our luggages while we visited around the place. The rooms were amazing, and my whole family's favourite part was the amazing breakfast buffet. A genuine 10/10. This hotel had already left a good impression on us, but the real part came later.A day after checking out of the hotel, we realised we had lost a stuffed animal, a bunny to be exact, nothing of monetary value, but of huge significance to us. So, we decided to contact the hotel, who after looking throughly and answering all our questions admitted to not finding it.I'd given up on the hopes of finding it, but this hotel didn't.They got in contact with the room cleaning services, spoke to dozens of people, and actually managed to find it, and shipped it back to Spain quickly.A huge thanks to all the staff involved.

    A lovely no-frills experience

    This is a lovely choice in many ways. It's a small, no-frills hotel, and for this trip, that was a perfect choice; I had busy days at work and didn't need much more than a comfortable bed (which I found). It is located very centrally, making it easy to get around, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The décor was new and fresh and my room was very pleasant (if a bit small).

    It's very evident that customer service is a top priority at Moon & Sun. I could mention so many examples of times when the staff tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.One particular story is worth mentioning. We were travelling home on a sunday and had to leave when breakfast started in order to make our flight. In order to accomodate us they moved breakfast 30 minutes so that we could have breakfast before we left. They even set out a chair for our one year old and set ready a plate for him. We had a great stay (despite the rain pouring down) much because of the excellent service.
