    The Ibis Bragança hotel is very good, comfortable, clean, practical and with a very friendly staff. But on Saturday night it happened that passengers without luggage, fornicators, arrived, and throughout the night there were loud sex noises. Not good. The hotel promises to be "family friendly". I suggest some control over couples arriving without luggage, for the obvious purpose of fornication. Or not accept them directly. Thank you.

    Unfriendly at check in desk and no information provided for the surrounding area.Room allocated at the back was dark with poor lighting and AC not working.Very basic facilities and very few sockets to power up phones etc.Budget breakfast and not value for money.Little choice,no low fat yoghurt and coffee machine not working, pointed out to staff,he just switched it off rather than refilling and cleaning!Lay out poor and staff unhelpful, busy gossiping and fussing over a dog!,in the breakfast area being fed at the table.Unhygienic!Don't recommend and would not return.

    I head to Bragança with family for a short visit, but due the time being we chose to stay for the night. The hotel is really well maintained. With good COVID safe measures. I felt welcome and safe in this hotel, definitively I recommend it.

    On booking via the app I elected to use my Membership Rewards of 2674 points. On checkout I was charged the full amount and told my account was suspended, even though my MR points showed as valid on the app. Moreover now I'm staying at Ibis Styles in A Coruña where Raquel who I give 5 stars for her attitude and customer service skills told me my MR points are valid and I can use them at the hotel. Susana Chaves the Assistant Manager at Ibis Braganza lied when she responded to my formal complaint and this is not acceptable for a company of the stature if Accor. The room itself had a great view but there was loud intermittemt pipe banging all night from the basement meaning it was impossible to get a full night's sleep.

    I stayed in the Ibis Braganca, Portugal. Fairly central location, spacious room, friendly helpful staff. What I down marked them for is when I got a phone quote via my partner who reserved a room for the night it was for Euros 34 for the night. What I charged the following morning was Euros 43. I did not notice the discrepancy at the time (my fault) but I was then asked of I wished to pay in Sterling or Euros I opted for Sterling. Having checked my credit card I note I was charged in Euros meaning not only was I given their own extortionate rate I was also charged a 2 Euro fee for the pleasure of being robbed by the establishment. Check your bills in this place.
