Location

This hotel is located near the University of Braga, near the Iberian Centre of Nanotechnology. The city centre and its shopping venues (e.g. Braga Parque) is just a 5-minute drive, as is the bus station and the train station. The historic city centre is 2 km and Bom Jesus de Braga is 8 minutes' drive. The Santuário do Sameiro can be reached by car in 11 minutes and it is a 20-minute journey to Guimarães and 22 minutes to Guimarães Castle. Porto Airport is 47 km away.

    This hotel doesnt deserve 5stars. The room was not suitable for 3 sharing. 1 guest was on a camp bed even thou they paid the full rate. Bathroom facilities were in the bedroom basically. 1 door to slide between toilet and shower is rediculous!!! Robes for the Spa were supplied in the room but were taken after 1st day!!! Breakfast was crazy. Food was cold every morning unless you got the omelettes made fresh. The queue for these were ontop of the coffee n tea area so he was mayhem !! Coffee machines running out of water. No bowls or cups most mornings. Staff unhelpful and not very pleasant. Staff in the Spa very rude. Housekeeping took our cups after 1st day 3 calls to reception 2 hours before we got new ones. We were there for a wedding so alot of money was spent in this hotel over the week. It was not worth the money. Would definetely not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.     Recommended place to stay and enjoy Braga amd surroundings

    I had an outstanding experience thanks to the reception staff member, (Sara Peixoto) who was consistently helpful, kind, courteous, and remarkably patient throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable, handling every request with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their calm and attentive approach made a real difference, especially during busy moments, and it was clear they truly care about guests’ experiences. They are a true asset to the company and set a high standard for excellent customer service.     Great experience, can't fault anything. Staff are lovely, accommodating, attentive and all of the in-between.Breakfast was wonderful, dinner was great but sauces for the side dishes would have topped it.
