Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Porto just a few minutes walk from the city centre where guests will discover a diverse selection of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. The hotel was built in 1920. 9 suites, apartments, 23 single rooms and 117 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     What a fantastic hotel. Huge thank you to all the staff team, front of house and restaurant, who made our stay unforgettable. There was a mix up in the restaurant and the following evening we were offered a free meal, and treated like royalty.     Had an amazing stay at Mercure Porto Centro Santa Catarina. The location is spot on, perfect for exploring the city and everything feels within easy reach.The team were absolutely fantastic, genuinely warm, helpful, and made the whole experience feel special.
