  Good price for a comfortable, clean room. Yes the rooms/bathroom are on the small side, but I didn't feel cramped. Staff are really professional and kind. Water refill station on each floor was a nice touch. Very close to the shopping mall, and lots of restaurants.

  Positive PointsImmaculate and excellent bedroom, with good A/C, and excellent mattress. Excellent bathroom with a great shower. I have to extend a very special thank you to Reception Staff Catia and Emanuel for their incredible service and hospitality - absolutely extraordinary!!! They could not have been more friendly, welcoming and willing to please! Congratulations!!Not so Positive• It was extremely hot and the AC in the common area was not adequately cool. Way too hot.• Breakfast was a disappointment- no wholemeal bread (only white), only one type of cheese, no scrambled or fried eggs, no fresh fruit. Basically breakfast was mostly a vast range of white bread, pastries, pancakes and cereal. Only positives for breakfast were a nice capuccino and real orange juice machine. Overall a very pleasant stay with comfortable and immaculately clean room and very friendly and welcoming staff. I look forward to returning!!!!

  Save money on hotel charges and stay at Moov Norte instead of city center.

  Good hotels are generally expensive in Porto. We opted for this Norte hotel as it was next to a train station, and lower in price, yet with full facilities. Moov Porte served our needs. A fairly new hotel, just 5 min away from the larges shopping mall in Porto - Norte. This mall has food, retail, pharmacy, almost everything you need to buy and convenient. It is a short walk to around the hotel to reach the main entrance.The hotel is in the north so don't get it mixed up with the Moov hotel in Centro (2x the price). The hotel has a 24 hr reception with very helpful and kind staff. Polite and answering any ridiculous question the guests can throw at them. It is a modern hotel and the rooms are new in finish, bathroom / shower clean and everything works. the beds were soft and comfortable. Elevator works fine also. We did not take the hotel breakfast package because it was Euro12.50 per pax. We walked to the left of the entrance and found a cafe that opens at 6am in the morning for a simper coffee, bread, eggs and sweets, ala carte style, which turned out better than a buffet breakfast.We chose this hotel because it is about 15 min walk to the metro station. Tickets are Euro 2.20 per pax single journey. Took it the first day but realised that a return ride from city center to our hotel is only about Euro 8 or 9 for the 2 of us. Thereafter we ordered Bolt and / or Uber to city center, and from the city center. Faster and more convenient, at a slightly higher price.

  1 hour delay for check in when other people were coming and were checked in during that time. The hotel is too basic - no minibar, no outside area. It’s far away from the city center.The mattress is not comfortable, the towels are small. Ot recommend it.

  Complete satisfaction for a short stay, especially reception staff even with check-in at 1 o’clock in the morning and contact enquiries at three o’clock in the morning!
