    Great location!Rooms are efficient for a stay - basic . Needs provided - towelsNoisy - behind train station - can hear other guests in other rooms and hallway.Poor communication about codes to get in prior to arrival .

    I booked the wrong dates and instead of helping me pick the right ones which were very far from the ones that were automatically selected they refused to help me and told me it was not their problem and took my money, zero customer service, I feel robbed.

    The entry codes were not provided on the day of arrival. The room # and entry code were provided 2 days prior but were described as "door code" and set out as a single string of numbers so I did not realize that the numbers were not the front door code.I was tired after a delayed flight and had to spend time in the rain and dark trying to find out how to get in. I was not the only one.The room was OK but looked directly into the dining room of the Mercure Hotel across the alley, so I had to keep the curtain closed. The breakfast box was very disappointing. I canceled it.65 Euro per night about the right price.

    A reasonable priced hotel with a good location. I would go again, but be aware that the bed is only 140 cm wide which is OK if you are travelling with someone you are intimate with. I didn't. I travelled with my adult daughter and found it too narrow. Also, I cannot recommend the breakfast. I would go to one of the nearby cafes instead.

    Perfect hotel for a 3 nights getaway.

    The hotel exceeded my expectations. All communication was via booking.com and email. When we informed our arrival time we were met by the receptionist. Hotel has a small elevator behind the front desk, which was an extra bonus. The rooms are small, but have everything you might need. A small balcony was a lovely extra. The shower was working efficiently and the hair dryer in the bathroom was strong enough for my thick hair. Not many hangers in the room, but was just enough for a 3 night stay.The hotel location is perfect. Metro 5 minutes away, train station literally a street down and all historical places minutes away.I will definitely recommend to friends and family
