The hotel was exceptional from the moment we checked in until we finally left. The extremely helpful staff even managed to find me a more comfortable pillow than those already supplied. The room was superb with great views over the river; and there's a lovely roof bar with great drinks and a few snacks if you want them.Overall a top notch hotel.

Really lovely vibe.Great location.Lovely check in staff and roof top bar was amazing to sit and have light meal, with amazing view.Great breakfast. Cute room.Very enjoyable. Pleasant hotel located next to the river in a great walking location. Perfect Place for Me

I felt valued when I walked through the front door. I was walking the Camino de Santiago. I had a backpack and I was very tired. They treated me with care and explained all of the amenities. My room had an exceptional view on the river from the 4th floor. I had everything I needed, and there was a gym where I could exercise a little. I needed laundry service (wash and dry only) and it was back to me in the afternoon. The place was very clean! There is a great indoor outdoor bar on the fifth floor where you can get food and refreshments. If I ever come back to Porto (and I hope to), I will stay here again.
