    Stayed here after a late flight into Porto …could not fault it …..good parking ,friendly staff, great breakfast.The room was spotlessly clean …absolutely perfect …highly recommend.

    This was a very positive surprise for us, we have stayed at other airport hotels in Porto and the experience was not good. This one was a really nice hotel, the room was large and well appointed, the "snack bar" that opened in the afternoon for drinks and light meals was really good, and the welcome glass of wine was excellent. We would always choose this hotel in the future, and have stayed at other AP hotels with equally favorable experiences.

Quartos sem sinal de celular e sem conexão wi-fi; sem fornecimento de travesseiros e cobertores. Mofo e vazamentos de água no banheiro. Restaurante e bares fechados antes dos horários informados. Staff despreparado, rude e nada diligente. Imagens enganosas sobre as acomodações e as dependências comuns.EN: If you are looking for a quiet place to rest before or after your trip, this is the worst choice. Rooms without cell phone signal and no wi-fi connection; no supply of pillows and blankets. Mold and water leaks in the bathroom. Restaurant and bars closed before the informed times. Staff unprepared, rude, unprofessional and not at all diligent. Misleading images about the accommodations and common dependencies.

    Breakfast let down

    We have stayed at the OPO in Maia many times and I want to give feedback on our recent stay on 19/3/26. As always staff were helpful and welcoming, the room was large and clean and the new policy of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was very welcome. Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. Basic ingredients were not as good as in the past eg cheap orange drink, no agros yogurts and the "hot" food was very poor indeed. On past visits this was always replenished regularly but this time it was cold and congealed and was not checked during our breakfast at all. I hope this can be addressed as their breakfast was always better than others near the airport.

    I arrived before the official check‑in time, directly after landing in Porto. While the hotel itself is not inherently bad, my stay was negatively affected by several issues: the initial room conditions were below standard, the internet connection was poor, and the behavior of Mr. Eduardo — whom I later discovered to be the Director of the hotel — was highly unprofessional.Having worked with the hotel industry for over 15 years, I was shocked by this conduct, which included discriminatory remarks that stood in stark contrast with the professionalism of the rest of the staff. It was clear to me that the team had not been trained under his guidance, as their attitude was far more respectful and service‑oriented.There are several airport hotels in this area. Guests should be aware that, while the property has potential, the unprofessional management style may significantly impact the quality of their stay.
