    Very friendly employees, clean rooms. 5 min from airport. No carpets, synethetic bedding, for people with allergies. A little mold found in shower unfortunately. Otherwise all good. Shuttle service to and from airport included!

    This is an attractive, comfortable hotel convenient for the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is ok, and the bar is small but well run. The free shuttle worked well.

    Serious Service Failure and Disrespectful Conduct – Unacceptable Experience

    During our recent stay at the Oporto Airport Business Hotel, my wife and I encountered serious service failures and unprofessional conduct.We are vegetarians. At breakfast, scrambled eggs were stored in the same compartment as bacon and sausages. This is unacceptable for anyone with dietary restrictions. When I raised the issue with the staff member seated at the breakfast area, his response was: “That is how we store, what is the issue?” – dismissive and unhelpful.Later, my wife raised the same concern with another staff member (female, wearing glasses) and was met with abrupt, antagonising behaviour and hostile eye contact. It visibly upset her for the rest of the day. This is not how guests should be treated on holiday.The next morning at 08:30, I asked to speak to the hotel manager, Bernardo. Reception told me it was “too early.” Later that day I received a call – not from him – but was informed that the manager does not speak directly with guests, and that any complaint must be emailed to info@oportoairporthotel.com.This is not just poor service – it reflects a total breakdown in professional standards. From food handling issues to staff behaviour and management’s refusal to engage, the response was dismissive at every level.

    Great hotel convenient for the airport! Pick up from airport was quick (it’s only a few minutes drive) & drop off no problem. The staff at this hotel are the most polite & helpful we came across in Porto. The hotel is stylish & smart. The food is good, although they had run out of a few things. Breakfast was fine with high quality coffee machine (Nespresso) etc. breakfast starts at 3:30am! The roof top pool is nice to have, view is a bit industrial. There’s no bar up there yet. The family room was clean, modern & spacious with 2 large comfortable beds. We had a view of the corn field. There was not noise at night although I don’t think the rooms are sound proof. Lots of cabin crew were staying here so must be a favourite airport hotel!
