  Where Nature Enchants, but Service Falls Short

  I stayed here this weekend, drawn in by the hotel's breathtaking location—tucked inside a gorgeous park dotted with natural spring waters. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and full of potential. The rooms are individual houses scattered throughout the wooded landscape, giving a rare sense of privacy and immersion in nature. This place has everything it needs to be truly one of a kind.Unfortunately, the charm ends there. The rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. The decor is extremely basic, lacking any warmth or soul, which feels like a missed opportunity given the setting.The real letdown, however, was the service. With only one buggy available for check-in and check-out, we waited over 30 minutes just to have our luggage picked up. Some services are handled by an outsourced security company that has no training or aptitude for hospitality—an odd and disappointing choice.The bar, despite its prime setting, is devoid of atmosphere. The menu is barebones and uninspired, and overall, we felt more like intruders than welcome guests.With some real investment in hospitality training, room renovation, and a focus on guest experience, this place could be unforgettable. For now, it remains a stunning location weighed down by poor execution.   Enigma but worth a look

  This is described as a 20 hectare nature park so went went for a stroll around. Part of it is actually a hotel & spa. There are some modern accommodations and treatment blocks. But also derelict buildings and unkept gardens. Worth a walk around but nothing special.   I loved this place. It rather unusual and I felt very well there. The bungalows are big. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The territory is huge.   The entrance barrier did not open to allow taxi in, no one to greet us , had to walk to check in office. Wooden hut was

  This was very expensive ,and was overrated for food , comphfortable, spa , and the food . It was run down and tired , the kitchen area needed repair as coffee machine working randomly cupboards broken, furniture search and windows with bird droppings . Food was very poor and at 270 a night for a one bedroom hut was very expensive and overrated. Very disappointing on all levels. I would not recommend this place at all one star is all I would give it .   Uniquely great resort!

  What a great place! Very unique property with Nice rooms, comfy beds, and a lot of amenities. Also loved walking to small cafes in town. Only thing that could use improvement would be parking a little closer. But they do offer golf cart service for check in and check out. Overall would definitely recommend!!
