  This hotel is very pleasant and very affordable, the staff make getting a room quick and easy its always clean. Never any guessing with other customers no drama, and again the staff are very kind hearted!!!!

  Staff knocked at my door at 2am and 5am waking me up for no reason. If my tv was to loud why not call my room I asked. They couldn't even answers looking at me crazy as my whole stay was!!!!!! NIkki PATEL, General Manager at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn, responded to this review Dear GuestAs you were talking very loudly till 2 am in the morning and it was disturbing the other guests we had to alert you to keep the noise down.You had many people in the room and naturally it was getting noisy.In the morning i personally had a talk with you and you were very understaning and you said you had no issues with the front desk lady and in fact she was very friendly .thanks Manager

  Polite staff. That’s the best I can say about this motel. Our room smelled moldy and was damp. The 3 ring binder with motel and area info had mildew between the plastic sleeves and the pages were filthy. We should have left or requested another room. I did not which was my mistake. Our room was 4 steps away from the front desk/ common area. Paper thin walls and door. You could hear every beep of the waffle iron. We all woke up with headaches, solidifying there is an air quality problem. I mentioned this to the owner upon checking out. She responded with, I should have mentioned the problem yesterday. She’s right I should have, but did they not know? The Moldy damp smell in the room was overwhelming. Even if this was an isolated issue with room 114. Management would have had to know and for that reason alone I would never stay here again. Also if you must stay here bring your own pillow. The pillows provided were LUMPY! I honestly can’t believe we stayed here through the night. Lastly, the coffee and breakfast was below par. They are thrifty with portions and cup sizes. And only put out a piece of fruit or hostess danish per how many people are standing there looking to get something to eat. .

  The business is very well kept and clean. Very quiet at night. The rooms are super clean and the bed is so comfortable. I just love the two ladies and the man that cover the front desk. They are all super friendly and helpful. I’ve been staying here for a while and the prices are great. Food choices are good and always fresh.
