    Close walking distance (about 2 blocks) to a pedestrian street of shops and restaurants. About 10min or less walk to Balhao market and the subway station. Easy subway ride to the waterfront. Small, but clean room and bath. My room had doors that opened to a small Juliet balcony. Just a warning that there is no elevator, only stairs up to the rooms. Did not try breakfast, but staff I interacted with was very nice.

    Wonderful little hotel close to the city centre and just far enough away to be special. Thank you Gonçalo for your wonderful friendly service. Thanks to all the staff for ,asking our stay special. More than we could have I,agined.

    The hotel is well located and most things are a short or not too long walk mostly down hill. The reception staff make the hotel easy and pleasant as they are very helpful, sadly i forgot to as their names. Nothing seemed to much trouble, when we asked them for something that was required. Breakfast needs a bit of work, but nothing drastic. A hotel if we were returning to Porto we would use again.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. In fact I stayed twice. Once at the beginning of walking The Camino and an extended stay after my walk. The facilities are an older charming and quaint atmosphere and the staff really went out if their way to make me feel at home and went the extra mile in helping me navigate the city. I could walk to all destinations in the city from here. I would stay here again if I go back to Porto.
