Location

This hotel is just a few paces from the historical centre of Porto where guests will discover many sightseeing attractions as well as bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Public transport lies right by the hotel. The sea is only around 3 km away.

Facility

73 rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Individually adjustable heating ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

    Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff

    Located just outside of the city, the hotel is extremely spacious and very clean to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious , the beds are comfortable, very clean and decorated to a high spec.While we stated, the hotel was not too busy, the breakfast room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely.Great value for moneyThe staff were very polite, the reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us lots of information of where and what to see especially Nunu.     Clean hotel, not so nice food

    Staff all lovely and very attentive. Hotel Spotless. Rooms cleaned around the clock. Lovely cafe next door. Downside rooms very noisy. Walls paper thin. Not very central. Reception staff are also bar staff that cant make cocktails although cocktail bar advertised. They also make the food at the bar which is substandard.     Lovely hotel, used the Metro to travel around the city and there was a free bus that dropped us off by the ocean. Hotel is clean, comfortable and very good value for money. Close by to some restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfasts as well. The city of Porto was also a joy and well worth a visit. Not expensive either.     Friendly and clean - lovely rooms..

    Beautiful hotel but as an animal lover my stay was over shadowed by two beautiful dogs in an outside area at back of hotel where our room was - at 21:00 barking and out from earlyMorning. Why have dogs if they don't spend time with family??? Maybe in the UK we are not used to this...but made my stay sad. Hotel lovely and friendly though.     Excellent hotel, rooms are huge and nice and clean. We had the best nights sleep. We didn’t have breakfast but the coffee shop next store called Arcádia is amazing, great value for money and food is delicious. Hotel is in the Boa Vista area but it is easy and cheap to get into the centre by tube at Casa de Musica. There is also a Lidl just up the road. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you!
