    Beautiful hotel in an amazing central area. The food was good, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We had a full breakfast every morning before heading out and Sayonara and the other staff were always welcoming and helpful.     Best hotel for some time

    This is a lovely hotel bang in the heart of Porto. A short walk from Sao Bento station, transport links from the airport were easy and the pavements to pull your suitcase along smooth and straight. We had a cozy room but this was spacious, larger than many Premier Inn and Travelodge rooms we’ve occupied and had two windows that opened to a terrace. You couldn’t walk around on the terrace but it allowed fresh air into the room. The television had plenty of English-speaking channels, the bathroom (and room) was spotless and there were plenty of places to hang things. It was a little dark even with the lights on but nothing too bad. The breakfast rooms was classy with better food than our last few stays in Europe. We didn’t use the pool but it did look inviting. The staff, especially the receptionist were outstanding. I would return here should I revisit this terrific city.     From check-in until check-out the stay was very pleasant. The site is in a pedestrian area. Almost every thing is in walking distance; Hot spots, restaurants, bars, views, ... The interior looks good and is in good shape. The rooms are clean and contain all the usual needs. If you're disturbed by the noise level of the street there are additional noise filtering and light blocking doors ok the window. The breakfast buffet is typical for every hotel. You'll find everything you need; Sweet and savory ingredients, Fruits, jam, cake, bread, ham, salmon, vegetables, egg, juice, water, ... coffee will be prepared by the waiters. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filipe really stood out here.
