    Expensive Hotel that feels like a cheap Motel

    Terrible experience.First room offered - Shower head was clogged and barely water came outBreakfast was the same all weekSecond room offered - bedsheet were dirty (weird black and red stains all over the while bedsheet), reported it they were only able to offer me a duvet to sleep over that night while they had another room available. Third room offered - bedsheets dirty, requested to change the bedsheet and i had to stay in the room to just make sure they were actually new and clean.     Rude front desk staff, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, no lotion in dispenser, no bottled water, no gym. 1 positive happy hour attendant was nice.     I reserved 3 nights for my son and I in January through Hotel Planner, and the agent gave in-accurate information. We drove 8 hours to get there and the hot tub did not work; the pool was supposed to be heated, and we were told there was a fitness center. I also requested an early check-in, 2pm, and was told it would be a $40 charge, and the hotel was empty! After going to a dark and outdated room with the bedding not fitting the beds and a noisy radiator to heat the room, I began my search for a nicer hotel, and let the staff know that we are checking out after only 1 night. There was absolutely no customer service here; what a waste! It took me 2 months to get a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay! Never, ever stay here!     Great Experience

    The experience was very good. The coffee maker in the room did not work and I did notify the front desk. Not a big deal. The overall experience was great. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. Our experience with this hotel was one less thing to worry about.Thank you and God bless.     The photos are as outdated as the rooms. If you arrive before the"check-in time" of 4:00 you will be asked to pay an additional $40.00 to get your room key (even though your room is ready and available.) Rooms are outdated, beds lumpier than the pillows. I would equate this to a bargain Motel - else you will be disappointed.
