    Great stay at Spot Family aparments

    Inn is in a convienent central location, a few blocks to the Metro train, a few blocks to the Bolhao Marketplace. Large quiet apartment (never heard other guests), kitchen with dishes and utensils, friendly helpful staff. Minor issue: Our shower floor was slippery.

    Such a great find! I was price consciously looking for a place in Porto and came upon this place that had the services and location i wantedGreat location with clean functional rooms to rest our heads after a busy day This place was all that. No real sitting area though with a room wide floor to ceiling curtain we all had enough privacy We didn’t use the kitchenette area beyond the fridge but it felt adequate Incredibly helpful staff at the front desk as well as in the breakfast dining area The breakfast was more than we expected with a nice variety of food, pleasing us and our tween grandson. Really pleasant vibe at breakfast

    When I arrived at the property I was a little dubious about the high rating that helped me decide to book this property.Straight away the greeting and check in process was friendly and smooth and the room was clean, spacious and well equipped.Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure and they could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was good quality and sufficient range of items.The location is spot on too, with plenty to see and do within a short walk.Excellent all round stay

    Fantastic stay here with our 8 year old, we had no issues and great service. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, all staff very friendly and hospitable. The apartment had everything you needed if you wanted to have the self catering option and was spacious enough for us three to chill out & lounge about in the evenings. Very centrally located, you can easily get around by metro - two stations nearby (Bolhao & Trindade) - or walk down to the riverside, although be prepared for the hills! We went to watch the football while there also and, again, the metro is only four/five stops from the Estadio do Dragao. Be sure to walk around in the local area & visit the stunning Mercado do Bolhao, only a five minute walk from the apartments.Wonderful city & wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

    The apartment is fine but it is all about the staff

    The apartment can get tricky if you need to park to finish the booking process. We parked illegally while signing in. The Spot Hotel was able to accommodate us in terms of finding a garage. So parking was made easier. The apartment is not luxurious but it is quiet, clean and it does the job. Thank God, I was able to sleep with the cushions from the couch. The pillows are the worst. I will let you read other reviews. I, however, want to emphasize how wonderful the staff is (especially the young red head). They will really help you with directions, suggestions, etc. They are the ones that make a hotel okay to a hotel stay that is memorable. Thanks once again to the Staff.
