    overall good, the staff is nice; the only thing that kinda bugged me was that the fact the you could hear a lot from others rooms, even when you are in differents floors. My friend was staying in another room and she heard all the convo that i had on the phone…

    Central hotel with acceptable furnishings; however, the price is high considering the limitations in comfort. Allow me to describe: the air conditioning is set at a fixed temperature (it is not possible to adjust it), the bathroom fan makes an irritating noise and is only turned off throughout the in the intire hotel, at 7 PM, preventing guests from switching it off themselves. I have stayed at this hotel more than once, but after submitting a complaint in the guestbook, I received the most empty and unsatisfactory response, which I did not expect. This was my last stay. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the price being charged, which fluctuates greatly. If you are alone, there is a high probability that you will be placed in room 218, which is very small and next to the lift. If you wish to open the window because the air conditioning is uncomfortable and dries out the air, you will not find peace due to the constant noise from the cars on the avenue. You can confirm the veracity of this conclusion by calling the hotelIt was a regrettable experience that I will not repeat!"

    Horrible hotel, not even worth 2 stars, old poor maintained rooms, thin mattress, stinky rooms

    Poor maintained rooms, thin mattress, wall patches everywhere, towels torn, stains on carpets (all over) window didn’t close, and horrible cigarette smell. The restaurant downstairs has vents towards the room so the room also smelled like fried food part of the day. Front desk was so unhelpful and said they didn’t know about local recommendations. Check in was odd, before even being greeted they told us check in was at 4pm but they could check us in early for a fee… the greeting came after she informed us about the checkin time and fee. Money first… Overall horrible place, I’d never stay there again, we had 2 rooms and they were both horrible but at least only one had food and cigarette smell.

    Not a 4 star hotel, but you pay for what you get

    The price was fair, and the location was pretty nice - nearby to the city center.The room was not well maintained: the bidet was cracked, the bathtub was a bit clogged, taking long time to drain. The room furniture was burnt in some spots and there were stains in the carpet. There was a side chair which also was full of stains.

    A great hotel with really large rooms and overall fantastic value for money. The location was brilliant and so close to the lovely town with such amazing streets. The staff were exceptionally helpful in so many ways. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
