    Clean and comfortable hotel, situated very close to airport (3-5 minute walking).Large and quiet room, friendly staff.Tram station is nearby.I recommend this hotel for transit flights very much.Thank you guys.

    Breakfast Produced From a Packet - Disappointing

    Chose this hotel primarily for proximity to airport, quality assurances plus inclusion of breakfast. In common with other local hotels, airport terminal is an easy 15 mins walk. Bed was not comfortable for us, in part possibly exacerbated by broken air conditioning (and Maintenance staff only available after our departure). Breakfast items felt/looked as though they had been produced from a packet - especially “scrambled” eggs and bacon. To be fair, unripened oranges were available for self-juicing, but that was such a messy process. In general, unappetising and unappealing. Whilst fair to say one can’t expect everything to run perfectly, there was no option to escalate complaints or for management to reflect some form of consideration for the inconveniences. On another occasion, sorry to say we would choose a different airport hotel option.

    Extremely disappointing experience. Our flight was canceled due to a hurricane — a situation completely out of our control. I contacted the hotel two days in advance, politely asking to reschedule our stay for when we return from the Azores. Instead of showing even minimal understanding, they hid behind the ‘NON-REFUNDABLE’ policy and refused any flexibility.Airbnb and many reputable hotels accommodate guests in such situations, but here we faced a complete lack of empathy or professionalism. If you value customer service and basic human decency, think twice before booking this place.

    The hotel lies around 700m from the main airport. The room is big and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are lovely. I found it strange that in the room, there was an option for tea but not coffee. The curtain could have been a little better in not letting in light. Breakfast did the job but there was only a small selection. A particular thanks to the serving lady who helped me with the expresso machine. All staff are friendly and this hotel is definitely a good option when coming late to Porto.

    Love the little balcony, clean room comfy bed. the check in time is rather late,4pm, useful luggage storeroom if needed. Negatives are tiny bin in room, no coffee or milk and only one teabag. No where to hang hand towel in bathroom in fact the shower itself is slippery and a bit precarious as it gets soapy and doesn't drain well. And this was in a disabled bathroom. Stayed in thus hotel 4 times as reasonably priced and so close to airport with good transport link.
