    Could not get the room cleaned, only one cleaner, tripped over a mattress left in the hallway, curtains were falling off, very dirty rooms, needs a complete cleaning. Needs some very serious cleaning. Only thing that I would recommend is the breakfast

    we where 20 friends that stayed here for 5 nights what a wonderful hotel and the staff is just amazing. Everyone went out of their way to help us to prepare for us roof top party one evening and a buffet dinner down stairs in the reception/ breakfast area the last evening in Porto. The rooms are fantastic on the small side but you have everything you need , its chick and modern and nice for a city break. The bar in the roof top is just amazing just dial 001 and you get what you want. The bar downstairs amazing . Its easy to go everywhere around Porto from this hotel. What make this hotel is again the staff I dont name names because they are all wonderful and so happy to work there. The breakfast is nice and you get all what you need . You can tell that the staff who work there make this hotel happy. Happy Staff - Happy hotel. Best wishes from all of us from Norway this was the best hotel stay in our 19 days trip in Portugal and we will come back

    Excellent mid-range hotel with some of the most helpful staff I have ever come across! Nothing was too much trouble and they even arranged for something small that I left behind to be returned to me in the UK the moment they found it.

    Very comfortable stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Nice room which was spotlessly clean..tasty breakfast with plenty choice . Lovely skybar which we used most nights . There was a sun terrace which we sat out on and sunbathed our last day .Special mention to Felipe who recommended good restaurants especially Zebota which was outstanding .Thankyou to Raquela who looked after us at breakfast . Ive no hesitation recommending this boutique hotel.

    We had a super positive experience at Hotel Metier in Porto! The rooftop bar was a great place to relax, and it's wonderful that the rooms were cozy and clean. The clear and helpful advice from Filipe and Ines was invaluable in exploring the city. We would definitely return to Porto for the experience and the hospitality we received.
