This appealing hotel is to be found close to the conference and 'Exponor' exhibition centre in Porto. The centre of Porto is situated within 8 km and the international airport of Porto is only a few minutes' drive away (5 km). The beach along with the closest bars, pubs and nightclubs are just 1 km from the hotel. Shops and nightclubs are located between 1 km and 2 km away and links to the public transport network lie 150 m from the hotel.

Facility

3 suites and 117 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     We had a very good stay at this establishment. All staff members (receptionists, housekeepers, breakfast service…) were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had a nice room facing the pool, and the only issue we had was the room’s temperature setting (winter time): it was too warm for us, which we couldn’t change. We had to turn off the air system and open the window instead, as we’re used to sleeping at around 20’C or lower. Earplugs are therefore necessary if the window is kept open, in order not to hear the road.     This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations, making our three-day stay in Porto a great memory. Tiago's advice, insights, and suggestions gave us the basics for a wonderful experience.     A good no-nonsense airport hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, and a basic breakfast buffet. Friendly reception.Some supermarkets etc are found in the vicinity.     Room was nice and clean. I was told at reception any extra expenses would be paid on checkout. I was chased by staff saying I hadn’t paid and then they locked my room and belongings away until I had paid the bill. This was the night before I was due to leave. Most of the staff are miserable don’t smile especially in the restaurant. Lastly left my ring in the room after check out went up to get it and it’s gone!! Wouldn’t stay here again. The Reception couldn’t have given you that information. This is a solid rule. However, you left the restaurant twice without settling the bill or requesting the staff to charge it on your room (which, if authorised by the hotel management, would require your signature on the bill). Therefore, you accumulated expense to be settled at the Reception Desk: thus, the dook locking.About the lost ring: some time after your check out you returned to the reception desk and requested to go back to your room to pick your ring. The receptionist gave you a key to the room. You returned a few minutes, left the key at the reception and left the hotel, without reporting the missing ring.
