Probably the best European hotel my mom and I have stayed in. The reception was lovely, accommodating, and so friendly. Everything was great about the hotel; cleanliness, location & vibes were on point. And a discount on the taxi they call to take you to the airport! Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Porto.

I arrived at the hotel on 13th/ 08/25 for six nights. I was welcomed by Filipa with a wonderful smile in a professional way, got briefed well and felt at home. Alexandra who is mostly in the afternoon at reception is very professional and welcoming. My room was exactly what I expected, single room with a double bed and sport less clean. I never managed to see the room attendant but she was very good at her work. I will stay again when I visit Porto next time. Stephen Kizaro

Pretty generally crappy. You get what you pay for. What's really bad is that I left a shirt to be ironed, got it back ruined. The hotel refused to compensate me and claims that I couldn't prove that they caused the damage, as if I was going to bring a ruined shirt on vacation? Extremely poor customer service, and rude treatment. Chose another hotel.

Booked this hotel mainly for the location & we weren’t disappointed just a short walk from all the main attractions. Hotel spotlessly clean & staff really friendly. Yes the breakfast is basic but suited us. Porto is an amazing city & this hotel the perfect base to explore it from. Definitely recommended.

Really liked this hotel! I arrived at another hotel close by that had just rooftop barclosed down (after having booked and paid for it back in Australia!) so I needed somewhere to stay.Filipa immediately helped me and nothing was too much trouble for her and the hotel.It has a sensational location and is well above its star rating as it is simple, clean and functional with a rooftop bar!Would use this hotel again in a blink.
