Beautiful facility, great location!

The Acacia Boutique Hotel deserved more than the single night we spent there. It's a beautiful building, our room was clean and lovely, with a balcony from which we could see the beach. The location can't be beat, and the ample hot pool (way more than a "tub") was a delight! Restaurants and entertainment are nearby, but the beach is mere steps away. My only quibbles -- the wifi was weak and intermittent, and the mattress was a bit soft for my liking. On one occasion we had to wait a minute or two to get the staff's attention, but in every other circumstance they were helpful.

Affordable and great location!

Excellent location and perfect for a short stay. We stayed one night after our cruise. I was nervous based on reviews but I like unique, smaller places. And the price was good. They held our luggage until our room was ready (wasn’t ready until right at 4pm). Condado beach is right outside the hotel. We chose to walk about 5 minutes to Ocean Park Beach, which is safer for swimming. We found a shady spot and had a great day. The room (102) had everything we needed. Comfortable king size bed. Mini fridge got ice cold. Very nice ceiling fan that made sleeping so comfortable if you are used to a fan like we are! I’d definitely stay here again.

We arrived and the counter attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a quaint and decor rich hotel. Highly recommend this gorgeous hidden gem as it is so worth it. Make sure you say hi to Bryan as he made us feel as if we are family and special. The staff and the restaurant employees as well were very attentive and extremely nice. We give it 5 stars. We will be back again.

Close to the beach and friendly staff, but too outdated for price point

staff is friendly, but hotel was way too expensive for the room that I got. I think I got the worst room in the hotel. I ended up in the accessible King room on the first floor which was right next to the lobby/ restaurant and very loud. No natural light as well. A lot of the furniture is outdated and feels a little dirty. Again, I think this might’ve just been the room that I got since it was the last available, but I ended up moving to a different hotel that was much cheaper via Airbnb. Pro it is steps away from the beach.

Overall staying was good....I had one of the biggest rooms but the only view was the window on the bathroom... I didn't care because it was practical...the room was clean and perfect coming from the beach with the sand. I was alone and I felt secure...very private location with access to the beach...it was so close. I don't recommend to rent a car if you stay there...no room for a car...use Uber. The little restaurant at the lobby was very nice and the food was delicious. The employees were very pleasant and helpful...they took care of me very well. I will definitely will stay there again.
