    Awesome - Stephanie is fantastic!

    All I can say is STEPHANIE made this trip for my family! She set up reservations- we never had to wait at any place she recommended, I mean table waiting for us. She let us sample the best bread I EVER had from a local bakery. I mean outside of the excursions we planned Stephanie was the best. She made us feel like family.

    Is a scam!!! , location, noise, in front of street lights, motorcycles all night. AC got burn, they didn’t do anything!!

    Bad service, Very noisy, in front of street lights, Ac got burn, no refund, Activity going on until 1 am that people entirely left. Music all over the hotel with teenagers very bad for the price. Dogs barking inside the rooms everyone can hear you talking. I tried 2 times to get a refund by hopper or the hotel they denied everything at the hotel to hopper. I travel a lot and this was terrible. Won’t book again it is in the suburbs of SJ. Also didn’t have parking spot because the activity. If you are used to caos or noise it will be fine. If you want to relax and sleep you won’t get that. Space to eat breakfast is very small and dirty, you have to take the food to your room said the employee. The room was clean with a strong chemical like “amonia” I had to open the doors to breathe!!! the rugs were dirty Thankfully I brought with me lysol and my own stuff make things a little better, be ready with your ear plugs and more. Sad it’s happening in hotels and airbnb’s in PR so have an eyeball with your space. Finally they don’t show the reality of the place and take your money and not even a discount or another accommodation. The only thing good is the view. I hope this can help to save your pocket.

    You don't get what you paid for. I booked a room same day ( earlier that morning ) Same day rates are always much higher and consider a premium rate. Choice Hotels confirmation said Upper Floor. They are tricky and deceiving you because on the booking page clearly says high floor too. I was checked in in room 209 low floor room and very noise with the sound of water drops from the Air Conditioner Unit up above. So much for trying to sleep. And we went down to the desk to report the issue, there was no one so it was best just to leave the hotel. We left the hotel at 2:15AM The parking lot is dark and dangerous you could trip if you are not careful and I never was security either. So much for trying to have a nice night out with my wife of 29 years. What surprises me was is the email I got a few days later from the Manager ( Valerie ) as a direct result of the poor survey they received from me. Never once took the approach to try to at least adjust some the charges or remedy the situation. In a way we feel cheated and that is not how a paying customer should ever feel. The room also had a lot of wear and tear and simply not worth the money!

    The hotel is pretty modern, close to the beach and has a great staff.Our room with balcony was oceanfront and very quiet. There is a swimming pool next to the lobby. Bathroom with nice hot shower. We had a great buffet style breakfast included. WiFi signal worked quite well, a rarity for the other 5 hotels we stayed in Puerto Rico. Parking area can get crowded and is a little difficult to navigate.There are dinning possibilities nearby but we did not like the loud music (very common for boricuas) so we opted for La Cabana, about a 10 minute walk.

    We booked this hotel a year in advance for a group of 17 adults going on a cruise everything sounded great pool, restaurant, bar witch is still being advertised but none of that is there. It is old and dirty and nothing to do!. The girl that booked our reservations ( Rachel) that is no longer in reservation she is back on the desk said she forgot to notify me or anyone in our group she just forgot!.when I called to speak to he Manager on 2/31/25 (Friday) after calling during the week I was hung up on 4 times the 5 time Rachel was on the phone and told me the manager said to offer us &20.00 a day back are you kidding me most people sleep in they cloths because they could look there sliders. I finally spoke to Wendy and she said all she could do was offer $20.00 per room because that was pool rate. We could not find any other room to move to because there was a festival going on and everything was sold out. I asked for her manager name and was told to write an email which I do 2 days ago and have received nothing back. I will keep fight this because I stand on principle,I will keep fighting this for as long as it takes because I was embarrassed by it. Do not stay her they are condescending and rude! And they will lie to you I have all the pictures and all the contracts.Thank you for reading my reviewKathy Westaway 😩
