Facility

263 rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Johnathon Rivera gave us 5 star service this evening (pm) at Meso! The food was superb and the service literally was the best we have had on the island! Johnathon was personable and helpful. Perfection! We just loved him!! His attention to detail was unrivaled! Gracias!!

Best beach resort option for families!

This is a great (and my pick) for a mid-tier beach resort in San Juan. Pros: beautiful lobby, nice rooms, perfect beach! Re beach - great option for families! Perfect for walks and runs (compressed sand, clean, flat beach, sand dollars galore) and for families - enough waves to play in and still relatively safe. My teens would have preferred even bigger waves but these were still fun and we felt safe. The pool area has lovely landscaping but the lounge chairs were tired - need to be updated. The swim up bar could also use a refresh and it would be nice if there was a spot or time when kids could use the swim up bar. The pool was open 24/7 but could use more servers and people cleaning the pool and the entire area (the pool and hot tub often had debris). The pool area felt more like 3.5 star but with a refresh and more staff would be 4.5 star. The gym had a good assortment of equipment and high quality brands but they were old and did not look well-maintained. It was still better than most hotel gyms though. I also want to note that my young teen got reprimanded for not having on a shirt in the lobby (yes, he should have had a shirt on but he just came from the pool to purchase Advil) and for sitting at the bar (before knowing the no kid rule). Both reprimands could have been expressed more nicely… We really debated between Courtyard, Hilton Caribe and Marriott Stellaris. We visited all three and this is my overall pick - hands down. Hilton Caribe was very dated (didn’t like it at all) and the full Marriott was gorgeous and more of a real 4 star, but doesn’t have as nice of a beach (in my opinion).

This place was amazing, the staff, the service the food was great, I need to make some honorable mentions of staff members that went upon and beyond to provide exceptional service, Arelis the Food and Beverage manager helped us with celebrating my birthday and anniversary, Carlos Rodriquez recommended a lot of nice places to go visit, he knew the island well, Janitza at the outdoor restaurant provided great service and checked on us to make sure our food was the way we ordered it. Fernando and the entire pool staff and the out door beach staff were so polite and helpful everyday. Arce gets an honorable mention as well as the overnight Front Desk team member who you can see they hired nice young man, he don't have to pay him to be nice because his smile and service came natural to him, I definitely will be back. We also had a very beautiful room.

Amazing Hotel and Wedding Venues!

My wife and I hosted our wedding room block at this hotel, along with our Sangeet welcome party on the Las Brisas Terrace, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From start to finish, the staff provided outstanding service and helped us tremendously with planning, logistics, and quickly handling any last-minute questions or requests. We are really appreciative of the great service from Mariela, Rocio, Alejandra, along with the rest of the team. The Las Brisas Terrace is a beautiful venue with an incredible view of the beach and sunset. It created the perfect backdrop for our event. The food was also fantastic — we hosted an Indian-themed welcome party, and the kitchen did an amazing job preparing both the Indian dishes and the American barbecue options. Our guests were very impressed with the quality and variety. Our guests (and us too) absolutely loved staying here for the weekend. The easy beach access with chairs and umbrellas, the pool, and the breakfast buffet were all major highlights. I’ve visited Puerto Rico many times, and I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort for anyone planning a vacation or looking for wedding accommodations, room blocks, or event space. They played a big role in making our wedding weekend so memorable.
