    This hotel made our stay so easy. The decor was very beautiful. Our room was clean and very modern. We were allowed to checkin early due to out flight arrival was at 5am. Our initial room was clean but there was an open water bottle on the nightstand and the beeding appeared as though someone sat on it in one area. I called the desk to report my findings and the sweetest Courtney at the desk helped us feel comfortable with our stay buy moving us to a different room pronto. I felt they had already done enough by allowing us to checkin early and was gone settle in the 1st room but Courtney top priority was our comfort and she made it happen. I felt so at home. The pool area give you the island vibes and so relaxing. Everyone that worked there was so kind and always showing big smiles. Sweet Courtney is someone worth keeping around. Let me not to mention Marcos at the desk on the other shift was amazing too. He has a warming apirt about him and very knowledgeable. I love the fresh warm cookies that give out too. I would definitely stay here over and over again.

    The hotel’s entrance is beautiful. It is located across from a 24-hour grocery store. The room was advertised as having 2 double queen beds, but one bed is full-sized and the other is a Murphy pull-down twin. We had a view of a tree.
