Location

As the hotel is convenient for reaching major pharmaceutical companies and other corporate offices, guests will not need to travel far to get to where they need to be. Caguas is also close to many other attractions to explore, and guests can enjoy the scenic beauty of the area and the convenient location.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 126 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Rooms have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them.     The staff is wonderful. Loved the great customer service skills of the staff at the Front Desk. Special shout out to Dariana, who answered the phone always with a smile and helped me out with every single request. Location of the Hotel is great, perfect to relax by the pool and not too far from main attractions. Comfy rooms too. Highly recommend.

    It’s $450 a night. Thankfully we only need 1.Breakfast buffet is sub par at best. Waffles were hard, bacon was cold, fruit was NOT in season. No taste and very hard. Beds are comfy, but they should be for this price.     Starting with the good news, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The pool was also clean. The lunch food in the on-campus restaurant was plentiful and somewhat tasty. The free WiFi was also a very nice addition.The bad news was that the pool(s) were SO cold and weren’t even heated at all! Additionally, the food at the restaurant was very expensive, and not everything was tasty. They took advantage of the fact that there were no other walking-distance sources for food around the hotel.     A Nice Place to Visit !!

    So…My wife and I decided to visit this hotel during our trip to San Juan. It was actually very nice - there is a daily parking charge and a resort fee, but you will receive a parking pass to get in and out of the hotel parking area. The room was a surprise as it had a separate sitting area and separate bedroom (we were on the second floor). It also had a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. As a bonus, the casino is right next door and pretty much stays open late every night. It is not huge as compared to other casinos, but it works and I enjoyed myself. This will be a definite must stay for me on my next trip to PR.

    The staff is nice. The hotel is quiet and the bed and linens are fantastic. The hotel is attractive. This is what needs to be fixed:- the hot tub is broken. There is no hot water. It is cold. No one used it the 5 days that I was there. Bubbles but no heat. - the pool water was really cool. It was OK when the sun was out, but it could have been warmer. -Marriott Elite members get a free continental breakfast. You can up charge for $8 if you want the full breakfast. When we checked in, we were told the continental breakfast had sliced fresh fruit. This was not the case. In fact, the full bar only had apples. That’s a shame considering you are on a tropical island. We did the upgrade the first day but didn’t think it was worth it. Also - tea drinkers take note - they only serve either chamomile or black tea which are the same teas they have in the hotel rooms. Even Hampton Inn has a much better selection. -the parking fee has increased more that is shown in the Marriott site. It is now $13/day.
