    This hotel was amazing. I loved it and the room are so big and comfortable. The daily room services for cleaning is wonderful and the free bottled water is really helpful in Puerto Rico.

    Enjoy the stay, stay in the hotel because the room include a mini kitchen which was very useful for me, the place was comfortable for a small family. Would go again in another time

    Even with the construction outside noise level was ok and the place was helpful and comfortable. Lobby activities could change a little bit. Value can be more moderate. location was great, area good and safe.

    Modern, clean, and quiet. The staff at the Hyatt House really goes above and beyond—especially at the front desk. Good breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, and a very convenient shuttle to the beach and Old San Juan. Note: Parking is an extra daily fee, but the convenience of the location makes it worth it
