    Couples retreat turned couples misery!!

    This was the worst idea we ever had rooms are bad. The managers and staff are even worse… I am currently in hotel and would rather sleep in my car. At least my car does not have an attitude. So bad it is not worth the argument.

    Beautiful setting, location. Beach awesome. Pool pretty great. Room was clean & comfy. Staff was okay except bar. Bar staff was exceptional. Food was average. Our first morning there was a security issue & police called in. Felt good that staff responded with security & safety for hotel guests. Second night there was horrible. People were partying loudly in courtyard until after 11pm. A couple was carrying on talking & laughing VERY loud until 230am! Sounded like the woman was sitting in our room. I called front desk & he said they were aware & received several complaints. I heard security arrive to deescalate. Took about 45 minutes to achieve that. Finally fell asleep only to be awakened an hour & half later to the same couple fighting. Yelling LOUD profanities, slamming doors, throwing stuff. I called front desk again to ask if I needed to call police since they weren't doing anything. He asked me what room the disturbance was coming from.....like would leave the safety of my hotel room to get in the middle of domestic violence. The front desk & security never evicted this couple or had them arrested. When I talked with manager the next morning she acted like nothing happened then waffled between knowing there was an issue & not knowing. Hubby & I got little intermittent sleep the entire night. The hotel doesn't enforce their own quiet policies. I wasn't looking for compensation, just assurance that the next guests who stayed wouldn't have the same awful experience. If you expect to get restful sleep, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's a gamble...

    Beautiful resort. Private beach. Great views of the pool area and the beach from our room. There's a market opposite the entrance to the resort with lots of good choices for food and drink. Close to the plaza. Staff was very friendly. Hope to return in late 2026.

    A Wonderful Family Stay with Exceptional Service

    We stayed in one of the beach apartments at Rincón of the Seas, and it was perfect for our family of four. The spacious balcony and easy access to the beach made it a relaxing and convenient spot to unwind. The pool was also great—clean, inviting, and a hit with the whole family.The location is excellent—just a short walk to Rincón square, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and local spots to explore. If you're there on a Thursday night, be sure to check out the market in the plaza—it’s full of energy and a fun local experience.What really set this place apart, though, was the care and service. When my son accidentally left his iPad behind, the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to us. Their kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out, and we’re so grateful.Highly recommend this resort for its beautiful setting, great location, and exceptional service.

    The hotel was ok but they charged $4 for a coffee at breakfast and then another $4 to refill the coffee. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had this happen. Very poor policy. Even the staff thought it was a bad idea but they had no choice. Little things matter and we will not stay here again.
