    Ruined our 2026 Eid Break!

    We’ve lived in the Middle East for over 20 years. Hotels here are not hard to get right — the standard is high and guests expect it. This property didn’t come close.Check-in was chaotic. Luggage just sat there. Nobody seemed to own the problem. When we got to the room, no towels. I called housekeeping, waited, called again, eventually walked to reception. They showed up hours later.Room service took so long we gave up and went out. Valet was the same story — you’d call for the car and just wait, no update, no apology, no explanation. Every single request, no matter how basic, felt like it was being handled reluctantly.The timing made it worse. This was an Eid stay. A family trip we’d actually planned. My daughter is young and she doesn’t miss much — she noticed we were stressed.I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the only one I’ve left feeling like I should warn people about.     Great experience at a very nice hotel. Special thanks to Arovinda and Ismail who set up an amazing display for my daughters first birthday, it wasn't expected and they really made her very happy! Will definitely be staying here time and time again because of the level of service and kind, friendly staff. Arovinda came to reset my room every day with a huge smile.     I had a great stay at Qlnajada Hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to everything, which made getting around extremely easy.The staff are amazing—very professional, polite, and always willing to help. I would like to especially thank Mr. Shajib Khan. He is extremely attentive and responsive. Whenever I contacted him regarding anything, he handled the matter quickly and efficiently.
