The hotel is located on Al Matar Street (popularly known as Old Airport Road) just beside the famous Capital Security Department. It is situated where the traffic lights for the B. Ring Road are; the same road that is home to the HSBC, IBQ building and Copthorne Hotel skyscrapers. The hotel has 21 suites and 189 double rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift.
