    ServiceI was somewhat disappointed with the service during my stay.Assistance was not provided promptly when needed.Some staff members appeared rude when responding to questions and inquiries.Amenities – Swimming PoolThe pool operating hours indicate that it opens at 5:30 AM. However, when I visited at that time, towels were not available.The pool attendant informed me that towels would only be available at 8:00 AM, which was confusing since the pool was already open to guests.Bathroom AmenitiesIn the shower area, there are two dispensers, but both appear to contain shampoo. Normally, one dispenser should contain shampoo and the other conditioner.At the handwashing area, the dispenser appears to contain shampoo as well, whereas it should contain hand soap.I hope these observations can be reviewed and addressed to improve the guest experience and for my next visit because I love to visit different 5start hotel and review and satisfaction and need to improve.RegardsJAY Michael Habib, Other at Dusit Doha Hotel, responded to this review Dear jaywardm,Thank you for sharing your feedback.We sincerely apologize that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.
