    We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We would especially like to thank Rowena from the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent facilities.     I recently celebrated my birthday at Al Thouraya for their Friday night dinner buffet, and it was such a lovely experience.The food was really yummy and well-suited to an Asian palate, which I truly appreciated.     Feeling of being home amidst luxury at Ezdan Palace

    We were staying at Ezdan Palace Hotel for almost a week as we were stuck with our connecting flight being cancelled due to the current situation. The staff left no stone unturned to make us feel at home and always served us with a smile. Right from where we entered the luxurious doors, everything was seamless and well organized. Beautiful property with spacious rooms and the food was unbelievable every time. Special shout out to the entire staff who was so friendly and accommodating. Cannot thank the hotel enough for a more than comfortable stay!     Hello, I spent a week at this hotel in early March 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it: spacious and well-equipped room, extraordinarily varied and excellent full-board meals, and very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is located outside the city and is very quiet; points of interest are accessible in 15-20 minutes by car (ride-hailing services are very reasonably priced).
