  An Unforgettable One-Night Stay.World-Class Hospitality! We only spent one night at Hilton Doha The Pearl, but the exceptional service delivery and genuine hospitality made it feel like a true luxury getaway. From check-in to checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated.A special thank you goes to the incredible team members who made our short stay so seamless:Ritaj (Reception) & Elizabeth (Front Office): Thank you both for the warm, efficient welcome and for setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay.Jen (In-Room Dining): The room service was prompt, professional, and delivered with a beautiful smile.Monica (Housekeeping): Our room was absolutely pristine and perfectly prepared, showing great attention to detail.Even for a brief visit, the level of care here is unmatched. We truly appreciate and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We cannot wait to come back for a longer visit next time!

  Very nice hotel with an excellent location. I would like to give a special thanks to Anel, Ikhlas, Sadeesha, and of course the manager, Jusef. The hotel is probably great for vacations, but not ideal for business trips, as breakfast begins at 7:00.   We visited in mid-May and were a little cautious given everything that was going on at the time, but we ended up having an amazing stay.The hotel staff were exceptional—every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special mention goes to Elizabeth, Youseff at the front desk, Sylvester from the concierge team, Abdur Rahman from the kitchen, and Ayah at the breakfast reception. Their outstanding service really made our stay memorable.In fact, every member of staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality was evident every day.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again soon. Highly recommended!   Excellent Stay & Flawless Recovery at Hilton Doha The Pearl!

  Our family’s 4-night Eid holiday stay had a slightly bumpy start on the first night with a few missing housekeeping items and some faulty room equipment. There were also some initial points of observation regarding the Reservation that caused a bit of confusion. Furthermore, the overall Housekeeping service needs some strengthening, as it wasn't quite up to the expected Hilton standard. While we completely understand this was likely due to the heavy holiday crowd, all of these issues were thankfully resolved on the spot as soon as they were highlighted. This initial friction was the only weak point in an otherwise flawless vacation.​Front Desk & Guest Support​The Reception Team was incredibly helpful right from the moment we checked in. Saleh welcomed us at check-in and was remarkably fast and helpful, setting a great tone for our arrival. Front Desk Manager Hameed and Youssef at the front desk were both exceptionally supportive figures who ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, Widad from Guest Support went above and beyond, proving to be deeply helpful in ensuring our overall comfort.​Outstanding Food & Beverage (F&B)​The dining and leisure experiences truly elevated our holiday thanks to an incredible F&B operation. The Outlets Manager, Adriatik, runs a seamless, top-tier operation across the property, maintaining a fantastic standard even during the busy holiday rush.​The service at the individual outlets was exceptional:​The Kitchen: Keliygh gave us a warm welcome at the host desk for every meal. A special shout-out goes to Abdurahman, who stood out with his exceptional initiative, professional attitude, and attentive care. Together with the rest of the fantastic supportive team—Amila, Meme, Rojina, Eatiak, Ivy, Zin, and May—they delivered proactive, genuinely warm service that took wonderful care of our family.​Sol Beach Lounge: The excellent hospitality continued beachside, where Youssef was incredibly supportive, welcoming, and attentive, making our time by the water completely relaxing.​Despite the minor first-night hiccups, the outstanding staff recovery, swift resolution of issues, and wonderful hospitality made this a fantastic Eid getaway for our family.
