Amazing service during a very stressful time
09 Mar 2026
I had not planned on spending 8 nights at this hotel, but bad timing turned a brief layover into an involuntary extended stay. Being stuck in Doha with missiles flying around and no way out was extremely stressful. The staff did absolutely everything to keep the service top quality and their calm, friendly manner helped so much to put us all at ease under the circumstances. Lovely room, great food options, prompt house keeping whenever you needed something, a gym to release tension. Thank you! Holiday Villa Doha, Marketing at Holiday Villa Hotel And Residence, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Warmest Greetings from Holiday Villa Hotel & Residence, Doha.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review. We are incredibly glad that you found refuge and comfort within our doors. Our team takes great pride in their work, but hearing that their calm and friendly demeanour helped put you at ease during an uncertain time is the highest praise they could receive. We will be sure to share your kind words with our housekeeping, culinary, and front-of-house teams; knowing they made a difference for you will mean the world to them.We are pleased that you were able to find some moments of normalcy in our gym and enjoy our dining options despite the circumstances. Most importantly, we are glad you are safe.Should your travels ever bring you back to Doha under much more peaceful conditions, it would be our absolute honour to welcome you back for a stay that is relaxing by design, not by necessity.Safe travels,The Management TeamHoliday Villa Hotel & Residence Doha
