    Customer service terrible. Do not trust this group, you will not get your money back for these sub standard apartments

    Do not trust this Hotel Group. They will lie to you. They own the Boutique Hotel and the adjacent Apartments but if you turn up and complain at the Hoel they will deny responsibility for their apartments. They will give you reservation phone numbers but either not pick up the phone or hang up. Which ever site you choose to use do not pay up front, they will not wait until you are there to take all the money off your card and will then refuse under any circumstances to refund a single penny. Di not trust this group run from the so called boutique hotel next door

    I have stayed more than 3 times in this place... Feeling to write.. a feedback about the service... Was amazing place... So clean and neat place.... Rooms are so comfortable.... N staffs are very friendly... Excellent location.... For sure will come back... When I want....

    The room is massive for 2 person and we loved it. Great staff and services. The location is a little bit far from the attractions, however I was able to bargain the price for local taxi with only 10 riyals for a one-way trip. Rooms were clean, maintained & service is good. All basic facilities are available. Car parking outside this place is difficult to find & basement parking space is less. Staff's were friendly & courteous.Good wifi with average breakfast

    the location in the google map is not the right one,, even the location in booking and maybe here in tripAdv.whatever,, both location are bad, but the one in booking map is better than the real one.it in front of the Haraj market (a place where everything sold there).hotel in good,, not that good but OK. one thing makes me unsatisfied which is the smell of what Indian use. with all respect to Indian people,, but that smell was a terrific, it maybe something related to hot stuff.. philfil or something .. I don't know.. they use this smell everywhere in the Hotel because the owner is Indian.

    Another visit to this little gem in Doha. When checking in we were made to feel so welcome and the staff recognised us from our previous visits which is very special. Our room had everything we needed for our self catering choice, large fridge freezer, hob and washing machine. A large flat panel TV with plenty of channels and a good choice in English for our nights in. The room was spotless with a nice comfy bed and fluffy towels.There is also complimentary WIFI available in all areas. There is a little supermarket a short walk away but would recommend a weekly shop at Carrefour which has a vast choice, even a lot of English brands.Once again thank you to the manager Mr Farahat for giving us the opportunity to stay once again at your hotel.
